Elite Training for Elite Players Our training program is detail-oriented and designed to build the complete player through the art of repetition. We make an emphasis on the mental aspect of the game and incorporate into training specific goal setting, positive self-talk and visualization.
GAME-LIKE DRILLS GET YOU GAME READY Our dynamic training style combines lacrosse IQ with detailed skill sets. Players will train to prepare for specific situations they will find themselves in during competition in order to build proper mechanics, muscle memory and readiness.

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. Saint Croix Select (SCS) girls’ lacrosse club was established in 2008 (formally the Stillwater Minnesota Select Lacrosse Club Team). The SCS lacrosse club team provides a high level and convenient club team experience for St. Croix Valley/Twin Cities East Metro Area lacrosse players.
Our Mission: To provide the highest-level of lacrosse training, leadership development and a club team environment to help every team member become the best lacrosse player they are capable of becoming. Team membership will help each team member achieve her individual lacrosse goals as a middle school, high school and collegiate player.
Our Vision: SCS coaches, administrators, and support staff are dedicated the providing highest quality club lacrosse team experience for girls who play community and high school lacrosse in the St. Croix Valley/Twin Cities East Metro Area programs.
We want to be the premier lacrosse club for girls who live East of the Twin Cities. If you live in Stillwater, Woodbury, Forest Lake, Mahtomedi, Roseville, Maplewood, Cottage Grove, Rosemount, Hudson, Wi or anywhere in between, then this is the lacrosse club for you!
We desire highly competitive girls who want to play with the top talent the East Metro has to offer.
MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
The 2022-2023 club season begins September, 2022 and runs through August, 2023.
Team Fee
The team fee is for the lacrosse year of September 2022 through August 2023 and includes fall, winter, Spring & Summer training and 4 tournaments. Team fees cover: tournament entrance fees, training, practice field & dome facility rental, coaching, Altius sports performance training, uniforms, administrative costs, recruiting advising and planning. The team fee does not cover airfare/travel to and from the tournament, hotel or meals.
Team Training
Training sessions will be held at Stillwater Area High School fields/gyms/St.Croix Rec Dome and range from fundamentals to small games. The sessions will include stick skills, wall ball, footwork, conditioning, shooting, attack, defense, game situations, and more.

Why did you choose this college? Liberty University is a Christian conservative campus that lined up with my faith and beliefs. Liberty has been raising Champions for Christ for over 50 years now, and I want to be a part of that mission.
Potential major, areas of interests academically or undecided: Major - Sports Medicine to be a physical therapist.
Minor- American Sign Language to eventually be an interpreter.

Most memorable lacrosse experience: My most memorable lacrosse experience was any State moment, or my first time playing Varsity as a Freshman.
Potential major, areas of interests academically or undecided: Major - Biomedical Sciences

Playing lacrosse has taught me: That being a good teammate on the field is just as meaningful as off the field. The friendships that you make with your teammates are friendships that will last a lifetime, with or without lacrosse.

Playing lacrosse has taught me: Lacrosse has taught me how to truly be a teammate, learning how to work hard, being there for your team, being able to come together to work for a common goal.
Why did you choose this college? Aside from just the beauty of Colorado, I loved the connection professors and athletes had, and the support athletes receive. The girls had such great chemistry and I knew I wanted to be apart of the team Denver had and the opportunities it gave me. It felt like my home away from home.

Most memorable lacrosse experience: When a few us missed our end of the year banquet for the all-state game and having to come sweaty and dressed in our lacrosse stuff.
Why did you choose this college? I enjoyed the area that it was in, that it was out of state, the size of the school, and I really liked their lacrosse program.
Potential major, areas of interests academically or undecided: Criminal Justice
Other sports or activities involved with at SAHS: Gymnastics, National Honors Society, Dollars for Dreams, Link Leader, Key Club
Most memorable lacrosse experience: Winning Sections in 2019 and getting to go to the State Tournament.
Why did you choose this college? I feel this opportunity to attend this college was perfect for me. I love everything about it especially how I’m close to home, the small class sizes and how I’m part of a new family

Most memorable lacrosse experience: Being able to connect with each other and support each other. Also being apart of a family and knowing you have longtime friendships is really cool
